CHICK Fil-A Dine and Donate - 10/20
October's Dine & Donate is at Chick-Fil-A in Petaluma on Tuesday, October 20th from 3:30pm-8:00pm. Make sure to bring this flyer or show an electronic copy of it on your phone when you arrive for your reservation or to pick up your order! We earn 20% back on all orders for our schools!
Guests must select "Support Community Care Event" before completing their order.
Mobile Orders can be placed for Dine-In (each table has a number for mobile ordering), Curbside, and Carry Out.

Halloween Carnival at Corona Creek - Sunday, 10/25 from 12pM-3PM
The Waugh PTO is excited to host a Halloween Carnival this year! This is a family‑friendly event, and we welcome all of our Waugh families from both Meadow and Corona Creek to join us.
There will be plenty of spooky fun, including carnival games, a fortune teller, face painting and temporary tattoos, a balloon twister, arts and crafts, and concessions. Costumes are welcome and encouraged—there will be a costume contest!
We will also have a pumpkin carving/decorating contest. Bring your pumpkin by 10 AM on the morning of the carnival to enter. The top three pumpkins with the most votes will win a gift card!

• 12 PM–3 PM

Wristband Info:
• Wristbands are required to play games and are open to all ages, including younger siblings.
• We will not be selling individual game tickets.
• Pre‑sale price: $20 per wristband (available online through 10/22).
• After 10/22: Wristbands will only be available at the door for $25.
• You do not need to purchase a wristband to attend the event—wristbands are only required for game participation.
• Each wristband includes unlimited game play. No refunds.
We Need Volunteers & Donations!
Donation requests for candy, baked goods, pumpkins, hay bales and décor are included in the SignUpGenius below. To make this event a success, we need help with setup, booths, concessions, cleanup, and more. We especially welcome 6th graders and 6th grade parents, as well as any teenage siblings or friends who would like to help—though all volunteers are appreciated!

Kona Ice after School - 10/21 & 10/22!
Kona Ice will be available for purchase and will be parked at both Campuses (Meadow and Corona Creek) once a month in August, September, October, March, April and May! Bring your Kollectable or Color Changing Cup from home for a $4 refill!

Meadow - Thursday, 10/22 from 2:00PM - 4:00pm

Waugh PTO Meeting on 11/5 @ 7pm **THURSDAY**
Waugh PTO meetings are generally held the 1st Tuesday of every month at 7pm with the first half of the year in the Meadow MPR and the second half of the year in the Corona Creek MPR. Feel free to come as early as 6:30pm. Come find out our plans for the school year and how you can get involved!
For those that cannot make it, there will be a zoom link available.
This is open to all Waugh families at both Meadow and Corona Creek.

The Waugh PTO is teaming up again with 1st Place Spritwear for the 2026-2027 School Year! There are so many options to choose from: T-Shirts, hoodies, zip-ups, shorts, sweatpants, hats, cups, bags, blankets, Mom & Dad options, Grandparent options, Teacher options and more! The store will be open all year long, 24/7 and your orders will ship directly to your house!

There is no minimum commitment required!
It's time to sign up for a Waugh PTO 2026-2027 Membership! Please help support our Waughsome Students and Staff all year long! You can choose how much time you can contribute.
There is no minimum level of participation required to be a general PTO member.
The Waugh PTO is a Parent Teacher Organization that supports and enriches our students, teachers and schools by fundraising for music, art, library and technology programs, while also providing teacher classroom funds, and engaging families through community events.
