Waugh Paver Orders open through March 7th!

The Waugh PTO would like to offer you an opportunity to purchase a personalized brick paver that will be permanently installed in the student common area at either Corona Creek or Meadow School. Kona Ice is back on Both Campuses - 3/11 & 3/12!

 Waugh PTO Gala SOLD OUT - Get on the Waitlist!

 

We are currently SOLD OUT of Gala Tickets!  The event is Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Flying Cloud Farm.  If you missed out on getting tickets and would like to join the waitlist, please email us at waughpto@gmail.com. 

 

The countdown is on for the 2026 Waugh PTO Gala! 

 

The Gala will be on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 5:00pm - 10:00pm at Flying Cloud Farm (1200 Jacobsen Ln, Petaluma, CA 94954).  We will have dinner (catered by Lombardi's BBQ), drinks, dancing, both a live and silent auction & more!  Parking is extremely limited.  Carpooling and Uber are highly encouraged.

 

This is a fun adult-only night out with our Waugh Community raising money to support our Waugh Schools to enrich our music, art, library and technology programs as well as our classroom teacher funds and other needs that our schools have. 

 

***All guests will need to register their credit cards prior to the event!***

 

We have some AMAZING live auction items up for grabs that you can only bid on if you attend the event!

The online portion of the auction will be open to ALL of our community, even if you are not attending the Gala in person!  Our online auction will be open for viewing on Wednesday, March 25th and open for bidding at 9am on Thursday, March 26th!  

Bidding will close on Sunday, March 29th at 10am

 

We need Volunteers for the Gala! Please keep an eye on Parentsquare for volunteer opportunities!

 

Funds raised through the Gala are supporting our Waugh Schools to enrich our music, art, library and technology programs as well as our classroom teacher funds and other needs that our schools have.  The continued support from our district families makes Meadow and Corona Creek the amazing schools that they are!

The Waugh PTO is teaming up again with 1st Place Spritwear for the 2025/2026 School Year!  There are so many options to choose from: T-Shirts, hoodies, zip-ups, shorts, sweatpants, hats, cups, bags, blankets, Mom & Dad options, Grandparent options, Teacher options and more!  The store will be open all year long, 24/7 and your orders will ship directly to your house!

  Waugh PTO Membership for 2025/2026

There is no minimum commitment required!

It's time to sign up for a Waugh PTO 2025/2026 Membership! Please help support our Waughsome Students and Staff all year long!  You can choose how much time you can contribute.  

There is no minimum level of participation required to be a general PTO member.

The Waugh PTO is a Parent Teacher Organization that supports and enriches our students, teachers and schools by fundraising for music, art, library and technology programs, while also providing teacher classroom funds, and engaging families through community events.
