OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT - FRIDAY, 9/22


Our first Waugh PTO event of the year is the FREE Outdoor Movie Night in the Corona Creek Courtyard on Friday, September 22nd starting at 6:15pm. The movie will start at 7:00pm. Feel free to bring your own food, chairs, blankets, etc. We will have concessions available to purchase and free popcorn!

 

This is not a drop off event. All Waugh families at both Meadow & Corona Creek are invited! We hope to see you there!

  2023 Waugh PTO FUN RUN - friday, October 6th!

The Waugh PTO is excited to announce this year’s FUN RUN! This event is loved by all and is very crucial for funding the Waugh School District’s Music, Art, Library and Technology programs
(MALT) and Teacher Classroom Funds. Our goal this year is to raise $125,000, as this is the biggest fundraiser for the 2023-2024 school year! To collect donations, we will be using PledgeStar, an awesome web-based fundraising system that makes it easy for you to request pledges from your family and friends, and for them to make secure credit card donations online. It's fun, it's easy, and it’s a great way to raise funds.


The Fun Run is Friday, October 6th, so please register now to earn prizes and raise as much as we can for the Waugh School District. Donations will be accepted until October 8th. Prizes will be awarded weekly.

Lombardi's BBQ Dine & Donate - THURSDAY, 10/19

October's Dine & Donate is at Lombardi's BBQ on Thursday, October 19th from 10am-7pm.  Dine in or take out.  Help support the Waugh School District by mentioning the Waugh PTO!  We earn a % back on all orders for our schools!

Kona Ice after school - wednesday, 10/25

Kona Ice will be on both parked at both Campuses (Meadow and Corona Creek) on Wednesday, 10/25 from 1:15PM - 3:00PM.  Bring your Kollectable or Color Changing Cup from home for a $4 refill!

The Waugh PTO September Meeting is in person on Tuesday, October 3rd at 7:00pm in the Meadow Multi-Purpose Room.

Waugh PTO Membership for 2023/2024

 

 

There is no minimum commitment required!

 

It's time to sign up for a Waugh PTO 2023/2024 Membership! Help support our Waughsome Students and Staff all year long!  You can choose how much time you can contribute.  There is no minimum level of participation required to be a general PTO member.

 

The Waugh PTO is a Parent Teacher Organization that supports and enriches our students, teachers and schools by fundraising for music, art, library and technology programs, while also providing teacher classroom funds, and engaging families through community events.

The role of a Grade Level PTO Representative is to help the PTO bridge the gap of communication between the PTO and parents and to encourage parent involvement for upcoming events.

 

Each grade level at both Meadow and Corona Creek will have a Grade Level Parent Representative to the PTO. To this end, Parent Reps will:

  • Attend PTO General Meetings once a month
  • Facilitate communication between the PTO and parents in your grade level at your school
  • Help organize parent volunteers and donations for PTO events
  • Serve on at least one committee (e.g. Fun Run, Jingle Bell Run, Gala, Spring Carnival, etc)
