April's Dine & Donate is at Chick-Fil-A in Petaluma on Monday, April 13th from 3:30pm-8:00pm.  Make sure to bring this flyer or show an electronic copy of it on your phone when you arrive for your reservation or to pick up your order!  We earn 20% back on all orders for our schools!

Guests must select "Support Community Care Event" before completing their order. 

Mobile Orders can be placed for Dine-In (each table has a number for mobile ordering), Curbside, and Carry Out.
